  • alesi79, I partly agree with you, but it is also true that the russian-front was the deadliest in Europe at that time. Many sources show us what an extremely horrible battlefront it was; there may have been some acts of cooperation between germans and russian civilians, but these were obviously only exceptions. About the picture: looks like a very strange picnic...

  • MECTb, you should read some objective books about WW2 and forget the soviet propaganda you still believe in. Most german soldiers were not of Aryan race and did not share racial thougts of the NSDAP. Also the russian civilians of towns and villages were not treated so bad by the Germans as your propaganda told you. Some poor Russian people even helped them. German soldiers and Russian civilians lived together in their small houses. The Germans did not kick them out of it. And so on. Just read some books...
