    • I can remember the old wood floors in these general stores...string on bolts, wrapping paper on bolts, penny candy, material by the yards and there was always Skoal (my grandfather and grandmother would buy at the checkout!! :) Deb

    • I bet they sold penny candy in here.......red wax lips, candy cigarettes, pixy stix, little wax coke bottles with sugar water in them.....and in the next row, maybe live bait for fishing..I love those old Mom and Pop stores. "The Little Man"
