This area of the boardwalk was replaced with a new boardwalk on the ocean side of Doughty's pier (center, top). Doughty's later became the Village theatre. The Moorlyn (center, white building) was then moved up to the new boardwalk location leaving a parking lot between it and the large house behind it.
