Is this a picture of MG Le Minh Dao, Commander of the 18th ARVN? I was led to believe that because he would not conform in the re-education camp that he was not released by the Communists. When was the picture taken? If it is him, and he has been released and is in America then my heart is glad. I served in VietNam (Navy), 68-70, I CORPS AND III CORPS. David D.
