Pete's Burgers on Washington Blvd. near the 605. Assuming that it was indeed a TB, it is definitely the best rework that I've seen. So the story goes, this was a run of the mill conversion until a few years ago when there was a fire. The structure survived but had to be extensively remodeled. The basic proportions are there - the spacing of the window bays, the overall footprint and such. I never saw the original but unless proved otherwise, it will stay on the list.
