A house of Izzat Ibrahim al-Douri, No. 6 on the list of 55 most-wanted Iraqis and one of Saddam Hussein's top aides, sits in rubble after US bombing in the al-Dour city near Tikrit, Thursday, Nov. 20, 2003. U.S. authorities also offered a US$10 million reward Wednesday for information leading to al-Douri's capture, who is believed to be behind some of the attacks on coalition forces.
