Looks like this is taken from near the Bank of Korea; the old Japanese-era post office on the left and what is now (I think, don't shop much) the Shinsegae Department Store on the right with the PX sign. Photo seems to have been shot looking S-SE. The PO is long gone, but the Shinsegae is still there.
