born in St-Janvier, QC 1901.09.29, died in Cochrane, Ontario 1926.04.24, the 3rd child of 16 of JULIEN PAPINEAU+ALICE DESJARDINS (d.o. Jerome+Malvina Saint-Jean dit Lagarde). He died in the Cochrane, Ont. hospital during surgery on his hand, which was mangled by a machine at the saw mill near the river in Frederick House, Ontario. The mill no longer exists.
