Wonderful piece of history Paul. So well preserved and maintained. Even the lawns are amazing. The chapel was beautiful and the surrounding scenery breathtaking. Just like a castle really with the high walls and slots for the soldiers to fire from. Canons everywhere, do they ever fire any of them nowadays? Like for special occassions?
