Thank you to everyone who's posted a comment. It was really was quite a sight to behold and I was also very thankful for the beautiful 70 degree January weather as it took about an hour for the QM2 to sail into the bay. :)

This is a spectacular picture, and being a native Californian, I enjoyed seeing this cruise ship going under the Golden Gate.... Great photography!

I used to live in Sacramento nad I was a travelling salesman. Business took me to San Francisco a lot. I use to bring my lunch, then pull out at that rest stop un de bridge to eat, and to just enjoy the scenery and the refreshing air. Thank-you so much for your wonderful photography. It was my pleasure to download a picture into my collection.
