An impressive album… I knew that it happens, but I had only seen it in the documentary. (It pardons English, I translate with google…) - Paola

Interesting and informative album. I can't help wondering how much their spread will be enhanced by global warming - they'd certainly find 'locust heaven' on the USA prairies!

Oh my goodness Heidi. This is unbealivable. You certainly had your share of misfortunes in this past year. I am so glad it was not any worse than it actualy was. Thank you for sharing your amazing pictures. Once again courage my dear. Take care, your friend Hilda, Quebec Canada.

The difference between you and me is that I would be taking cover behind closed doors and windows. Congratulations on your bravery and beautiful photographs. Regards. Paul. Ontario, Canada.

Heidi, What an album, an amazing story in photos! It must be awful when they swarm in like that. They must get all over you if you are out, did you have any experiences with them while photographing? Glad I was not there, I am not bug friendly! You all must be so happy to see the last of them! Thanks for sharing a most interesting album. Hugs Leslie

Gee, Heidi, this was incredible. I'm happy to know they are beginning to move out (or inland), whichever the case is, and that your roofing palms haven't been destroyed!!!

Oh wow, Heidi, what next! Not quite as nice as the monarca mariposa experience, more like the army caterpillar invasions we see up here. I hope there is some vegetation left when we get there. Is it almost safe to say, at least there were no hurricanes this year? warm regards to you both charlottevictor
