Album Description:

A Sunday's drive took us back in time - several years past, I worked on the Shipyard. There were thousands of people working here - it is closed and deserted now. Alot of history is here dating back to the American Civil War.

  • Wonderful album Stan. When we lived in California my husband worked at the Naval Air Station in Alameda. He was a jet engine inspector and had been there for 34 years. It was sad to see all the bases close. Hugs, Lynn
