  • Currently the skater is the defendant in court. The charge they placed on her (after she was released from the emergency room) is "Public intoxication." The police are conducting an "internal investigation" of the brutality charge. As of the date of the last TV report, weeks after the incident, none of the eye witnesses had been contacted by the police internal investigation team.
