  • Muriel, really enjoyed looking at your pictures. Particularly interested in your wartime postcard - am sending a copy to a lady I write to - she is over 90 now and I think she will have some comments of her own. I'll let you know. She did war work herself, in fact it was the making of her, she escaped from her aristocratic family home in Scotland where she was being held prisoner by aunts due to the reduced circumstances of her own family, and where she did not have much of a future.
