Hi bill. I was surfing the web and ran across your Korea pictures. They really hit home! For most of 1956 I was in 24th DVARTY. Got off the train in Munson-ni. UNfortunately most of my photos are color slides. Haven't looked at them in years. I also looked at some of your other albums. I too grew up in Dallas! On the other side of the river, Highland Park High School and SMU. We now live in Green Valley. AZ.

Hallo Bill - Thanks for viewing my R & R in Japan album and the favorable comment in it. Looking back after these many years, I only can say, I should have taken more photos... - Looked at one of your albums, the pictures have brought back many almost forgotten memories. I remember Munsan-Ni, however, never been there. Just seen signs for it along the roads. ASCOM city is (or was) the processing camp for incoming and outgoing troops. As you saw it, I was there a couple of years later (1961-62), but in that country (then) in a few years nothing changed. Will look at your other album too. With best regards - Jim

Bill Your picture of 24th Sig, 24th Div 1957. The Quonset Hut with the fence alongside was one I helped build in 55. Lived in it until July of 56. Was with sig co from 4/55 to 7/56 Stan Williams Lancaster PA
