I took time off from work to see that whole sickening story unfold on all the TV coverage. Can't even imagine what that must have been like to experience for a city resident or commuter. But all those who partiscipated heroically in dealing with that destruction and its aftermath were awesome. ~ Seattle

Outstanding Photography! These photos are surreal. You have not only captured the tragedy, but have also shown the tireless efforts of the rescue workers, and the way Americans pull together in times of trouble.

stunning shots ! the one that will stick in my head from your shots...has got to be 'ashes'. i watched this horrible tragedy from my shop in college point queens. my helper and I were working on a bus with our garage door opened facing the towers on that morning. he saw the 2nd tower get hit and we watched them come down. R.I.P. 9-11-2001 never forget.

John..I was always afraid to look at this album, then I decided that it might show not only devestation but people helping and it does. It shows a horror of what we thought could never happen, and shows the destruction. However, now we know we are stronger as a nation and its allies. We still mourn though for the people who lost their lives, and moreso for the families of those people. I am glad I took a look at it today. Its very moving. Barbara

Your photos of the aftermath are heart wrenching. You have captured the tragedy well. I can still see the plane that started the damage that fateful morning flying over head. Never knowing what NYC was in store for. Thanks for sharing your aftermath photos. They are well done.
