  • Thank you everyone for your Native American photos. I was told by my father that were part Cree Indian (very small amount). I always try to find information about them but not much available. I would LOVE to visit a reservation someday. I was told it is best to get permission from them rather than going through any other channel. I would love to know how to go about it if you know. I live in California but I believe the Cree are based in Hudson Bay or thereabouts. Still, just to visit any Indian reservation would be wonderful.

  • Barbara, I enjoyed your Native American Pow Wow photos. I too have a passion to capture their Native Pride. I photograph the American Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Annual PowWow each year on their Reservation in Shakopee, MN. Please visit my site when you get a chance. Thanks for sharing your photos. • Hi there Barbara. Just had to come back for a look at this album, as I loved the other one so much. I have always been attracted by native Americans, not that I know that much about their history or culture. There is just something about them that I am drawn to. Their costumes are so colourful. Truly amazing, as I'm sure this event must have been. Thanks so much for sharing this awesome experience that I might never have had the opportunity to see, had our paths not crossed via Webshots. Take care. Warmest wishes dear friend, Jayne, West Midlands. UK. :) xx
